Automatic slitting and shearing machine
Coil will feed into this automatic slitting and shearing machine to slit and
cut to the specific width and length for edge shearing and into the punching machine for tile forming.
Edge shearing machine
The pre-cut metal sheets will go into the edge shearing machine to trim the edges for Classic, Milan and Nosen tile.
315T punching machine + roof tile mold(s)
The roof tile punching mold will be different depending on the choice of the tile design. Molds can be change for different tile designs. This machine forms the shape of the tile.
Stone coated tile will convey through the oven for drying. The temperature is around 130 – 150℃.
