This is the double deck roll forming machine which can produce both IBR sheet and Q tile in one machine,it means one machine can produce two products.The up layer is to produce the Q tile and the down layer is to produce the IBR sheet,the up layer and down layer will not work at the same.

1.Manual decoiler:

The manual decoiler is used to carry the coil to put it into the roll former,the capacity for the coil can be 5 tons,or customized as customer’s request.

We also have hydraulic decoiler for optional,it is working full automatically which can save labor and easy operation.

2.Main roll forming machine

Main roll forming machine is used to produce the IBR sheet and Q tiles,the roll forming part is customized as the finished product sizes,we support customization.
