The embossing wheel must be consistent with the upper and lower molds to start working, so it can only be adjusted manually to make the upper and lower molds consistent again. And judging whether they are consistent depends on whether there is a gap between the two wheels. Because the US time is 1 pm, it can be judged whether they are consistent through sunlight. If there is no sunlight, it is already consistent.
Because of our time difference, it was quite troublesome to solve this problem. I only helped the customer solve this problem at 2 o’clock in the morning. At this time, the engineer has fallen asleep. As a salesman, I can only help customers solve problems through my past experience in dealing with after-sales problems.
